Hello, I’m Shayla.

With more than two decades of experience at the forefront of corporate design, and deep experience working with executive leaders, corporations and individuals to deliver innovative visual solutions – I welcome every opportunity to assist with your next design project and to breathe creative life into your vision.

My journey with the creative industry began in the heart of London as an agile thinker, working to develop creative solutions for major international projects. Upon returning to Brisbane, I moved my way to Creative Manager in a leading communication consultancy, conceptualising and delivering unique solutions for iconic Australian and international companies. Today, I lead my own creative services agency where we understand the dynamics of elevated design, taking the opportunity to connect with you directly and cultivate solutions that drive exceptional results.

What is your pricing structure?

I charge my services at an hourly rate, but always provide an estimate before starting. Transparency is important to me so I will be upfront and honest to ensure we are a great fit for each other.

How long can I expect the turnaround time to be?

Turnaround times vary and are heavily dependent on project complexity. After the initial strategy meeting, I will provide a full timeline of events and when you can expect delivery!

How will I know your design aligns with our strategic objectives?

The first stage of any project I work on is a strategy workshop where I walk you through our brand objective framework. Only once we are on the same page will we begin developing any creative design.

How many revisions will I get?

Generally, I offer clients 2 rounds of revisions as part of my standard design packages. More revisions are always available but will come with an additional fee.

What is the best way to get started?

The best way to get started is by completing the contact form on our website. Part of the form will provide you with a series of preliminary questions to expedite the process and greatly assist with the next steps!
